Scheduling Policies
Pre-appointment details
I operate as a Private Health Association. You will receive a document containing all Terms & Conditions as well as a membership agreement to sign. Visits will be via a HIPPA-compliant platform. All visits are documented in a HIPPA-compliant Electronic Health Record.
Cancellation policies
24 hours must be given for cancellation in order to reschedule appointment. Less notification than that and the appointment will not be rescheduled and you will lose that visit for the package you have purchased. This helps to protect my time and for you to prioritize yours.
Payment policies
I am a cash pay, insurance-free practice. This allows for a higher standard of care, more time spent with you, zero barriers and flexibility. Insurance-free is not more expensive than repeated conventional testing, band-aid medications that don’t really work, continued work-ups without clear answers, expensive imaging and so on and so forth…
Even if on a fixed-budget, you can choose to make your health a priority.
All visits and packages must be paid in full. There are no refunds.
