A 12-Week Journey
Month 1: Stabilize
We begin by calming and stabilizing the body.
In weekly sessions, we build simple, nurturing routines that help your nervous system settle and your physiology feel supported.
You will learn:
how food can be medicine — without complexity or overwhelm
what true nourishment actually is for your body
how to stabilize blood sugar and support hormone balance
which supplements and types of movement are appropriate for you
We move step by step, gently reducing inflammation and helping your body remember that it is designed to care for you.
Month 2: Regulate
Sessions move to bi-weekly as we begin deep regulation and repair.
We focus on:
increasing nourishment so your cells can hold steady
reinforcing morning and evening routines that support regulation
journaling prompts and (when appropriate) personalized Quantum Mind Body Therapy hypnosis to support mindset and nervous system healing
This is also when targeted gut support is introduced to help repair the mucosal lining often compromised by chronic inflammation or autoimmunity.
