Initial Consultation

Initial work-up if not purchasing a package. Includes initial consultation with potential labs ordered (at your expense or your responsibility to file with insurance) with resultant in-depth wellness plan at additional visit and that plan will include nutrition assessment and any supplements or wellness practices recommended. If you desire to continue working with me you will need to begin month by month or purchase a specific package.

One Month Package

If you desire to work with me on a monthly basis you will first need to purchase and have completed the initial consultation. Monthly packages will include 2, and if clinically relevant up to 3, visits per month as we work through your goals and needs. You will have additional access with me during specified hours via a HIPPA-protected text line.

Three Month Package

Three month health reset with 2-4 visits per month depending on needs. Will include lab work recommendations (purchased at your additional expense), protocols, nutrition and supplements and other practices/tools that will help to balance your hormones, minimize inflammation, help you sleep better, increase your mental/emotional health and your overall sense of self and wellbeing. If candida is an issue, I will guide you step by step through the Heal Candida Now protocol from HMI Wellness and I will grant you exclusive access to that (and potentially additional HMI programs available) via my licensing agreement with them.

12 Month Package

This is my high support container that includes all of what is addressed in the 3 month package but includes additional healing of mind/body/soul via core wound healing, Quantum Mind Body Therapy practices and deeper energetic practices. We will visit 2-3 times a month for 12 months and you will have access to me during specified hours via a HIPPA protected line. Includes all initial and ongoing lab work needs (purchased at your expense) as well as total health support the entire year as we also dive deep into the mental/emotional and spiritual sides of you. This is THE container for full transformation.
